Solutions & Automation Intern (AI)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA; onsite, part-time commitment preferred at no less than 20 hours per week.

What you will do

• Identify operational challenges and streamline workflows across multiple departments.
• Develop Excel-based solutions, including macros, to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Create Power Automate workflows and build dashboards.
• Explore AI and other technologies to support digital innovation.
• Collaborate with employees and stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in structured training and personnel development activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a college degree with an expected graduation date within the next two years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while following company policies and controls.

Nice to have

• Coursework or experience in data analysis, business analytics, or process improvement.
• Familiarity with macros, Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, AI, or similar tools.
