Onboarding & Implementation Specialist I (SaaS)

Location: Manila office, hybrid

Salary: ₱59,740–₱74,675 per month, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses

What you will do

• Support onboarding and configuration of the Paycycle compensation management tool for new and existing clients.
• Load and validate employee census, matrices, bonus results, budget allocation, and other client data.
• Conduct pre-UAT and core functionality testing, including extract generation, templates, user access, and review screens.
• Document testing results, defects, observations, and troubleshooting information.
• Participate in project calls and client meetings, shadow senior specialists, and support renewal projects.
• Track work time, maintain project documentation, and communicate task status and blockers proactively.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in SaaS implementation, HR technology, client onboarding, or data operations; strong entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfort working with structured data and spreadsheets, while managing multiple tasks in parallel.
• Proactive, coachable, reliable, organized, and able to develop toward autonomous task ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, GUIDEcx, Seismic, Jenkins, SharePoint, or Excel.
