FVP, Product Management - Borrow (Fintech)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $165,000–$185,000 per year, plus eligible discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 15% each.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Borrow experience roadmap across loan management, payments, notifications, cross-sell, mortgages, lines of credit, and unsecured lending.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution to drive customer and business results.
• Lead large-scale platform initiatives with Business Units, UI/UX, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
• Present product strategy, status, and KPIs to senior executives, including SVP, EVP, and CEO stakeholders.
• Run competitive analysis, industry trend reviews, A/B testing, product reporting, and funnel optimization.
• Manage vendors and partnerships, evaluate build-versus-buy options, model ROI, and oversee multiple VPs and talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of product management, consulting, or related experience, including 3+ years of product leadership or management experience.
• Experience with digital lending, fintech, or related industries and ownership of product features and KPIs.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into direct-to-consumer product experiences.
• Experience working with geographically diverse teams and leading diverse cross-functional groups.
• Analytics and reporting experience with tools such as Tableau and Pendo, plus a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
