What you will do

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation throughout the system development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and technical teams to align business objectives, workflows, mission requirements, and solutions.
• Analyze current-state processes, perform gap and workflow analysis, and identify modernization opportunities.
• Create and maintain BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability across design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Support design reviews, test planning, UAT, change management, training, risk identification, and user adoption.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must successfully obtain and maintain the required DOJ Public Trust Investigation.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 9 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements management, process improvement, and solution evaluation.
• The principal place of performance is EOIR Headquarters in Falls Church, Virginia.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting the Department of Justice, EOIR, or other federal civilian agencies.
• Experience with enterprise application modernization, SaaS, COTS, or cloud-based business solutions.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar requirements management tools.
• Experience in Agile software development environments.
• Knowledge of organizational change management principles.
