Optics Coater 2 - Second Shift

Location: Irvine, California, United States; onsite, second shift

Salary: $17.31–$32.12 USD per hour; eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Perform coating operations on incoming parts, materials, and components.
• Document coating results and coordinate the collection and disposition of coated material.
• Determine or assist with coating and inspection methods, sequences, and procedures.
• Work from written procedures, drawings, sketches, and specifications.
• Perform inspection and spectroscopy measurements when required.
• Collaborate with engineering and cleaning teams while reporting to the Operations and Manufacturing Manager.

Requirements

• Two or more years of related experience.
• Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, Keyence microscopes, and height gauges.
• Experience with UV/VIS inspection equipment.
• High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, California, during the second shift.
• Ability to sit, stand, or type for extended periods and occasionally move objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
