Supply Chain Inventory & Logistics Coordinator (Consumer Goods)

Location: El Paso, Texas, USA; hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday and remote work available Monday and Friday.

What you will do

• Coordinate Work in Process and Outside Processing transactions in Oracle for internal and external customer needs.
• Create discrete jobs in Oracle and provide internal requisitions to Purchasing for co-packer purchase orders.
• Communicate with third-party co-packers and follow up on transactions to align system and facility records.
• Perform receiving transactions, approved inventory adjustments, and invoicing-related activities.
• Reconcile end-of-month and end-of-quarter inventory with co-packers and validate supporting documentation.
• Validate job completion for United States and Canada organizations and monitor Walmart purchase order fill rates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or customer service coordination within the consumer goods industry.
• Solid ERP systems experience with SAP or Oracle; Oracle Order Management experience is relevant.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organization, multitasking, teamwork, analytical, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Experience with hirify.global products and Order Management procedures.
• Experience with the Oracle Order Management system.
