Focus on maintaining spray equipment, meeting DFT specifications, following ISO standards, and completing production work safely on the night shift.
Location: Loughborough, United Kingdom; onsite night shift, Sunday to Thursday, 10pm–6am

What you will do
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and masking for optimal paint adhesion.
- Select, mix, and apply paint with a spray gun to achieve an even, drip-free finish.
- Clean and maintain spray guns, spray booths, filters, and related equipment.
- Monitor drying times, adjust application processes, and verify DFT measurements.
- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet production schedules and specifications.
- Maintain timesheets, progress reports, quality checks, and production records.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, preferably in a sheet-metal or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 standards.
- Experience handling, mixing, and applying paint materials.
- Ability to read technical specifications and drawings and maintain accurate records.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to use PPE, follow health and safety procedures, and work to production deadlines.
