Associate - Visa Destinations (Travel Benefits)

Location: US - San Francisco, CA; at least 3 days in the office required. The role requires 5–10% travel and is performed in an office setting.

Salary: $97,800–$152,100 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Manage content through the complete intake, review, approval, and publication lifecycle.
• Coordinate publishing activities and stakeholder reviews across Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Regional teams.
• Manage translation, localization, and content updates across global markets.
• Track publishing schedules, launch readiness, operational milestones, and action items.
• Use AI tools to draft, refine, and optimize customer-facing content and operational processes.
• Analyze customer inquiries, chatbot escalations, content gaps, travel benefits, offers, loyalty programs, and destination platforms; prepare dashboards, presentations, and leadership insights.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience, internship experience, or project-based experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, written communication, editing, and content review abilities.
• Ability to manage process-oriented work accurately while handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office at least 3 days per week and travel 5–10% of the time.
