Salary: $110,900–$147,800 per year

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day media relations across North America, including proactive pitching, reactive inquiries, and journalist relationships.
- Develop story angles, pitches, press releases, Q&As, narratives, and communications plans for business and technology priorities.
- Coordinate communications calendars covering campaigns, product launches, events, and announcements.
- Partner with agency teams, subject matter experts, content, social, and digital teams to amplify PR narratives.
- Support C-suite visibility initiatives, including speaking submissions, awards, contributed content, and media briefings.
- Track program milestones, media coverage, budgets, vendors, and performance metrics, turning data into recommendations.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of communications experience, including project management, at a global technology company or agency.
- Strong B2B and enterprise technology communications background.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
- Experience creating multi-channel campaigns across earned, owned, and paid media.
- Proven media relations, writing, presentation, stakeholder management, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of data storage, cloud infrastructure, or the AI landscape.
- An established network of technology and business journalists and editors in North America.
- Experience with Meltwater or similar PR measurement tools.
- Experience managing external PR agencies and working with agreed KPIs.
- Advanced degree or experience at a leading brand.
