What you will do
- Assist with developing themes, formats, budgets, and décor requirements for promotions, gift giveaways, and special events.
- Execute events and promotions at the casino hotel and off-site, supporting participating patrons.
- Coordinate event information, supplies, collateral materials, décor, staffing, and schedules with operating departments and on-call event staff.
- Monitor promotion budgets, record expenditures, track variances, and take action to meet budget guidelines.
- Build drawings in Casino Marketplace and slot tournaments in the IGT Tournament System.
- Select, train, coach, counsel, appraise, and retain direct reports while developing department members’ knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Follow all Gaming Commission regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida and departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of files, records, and lists.
- Support public awareness and timely coordination of promotions and events across operating departments.
- First hiring preference is given to qualified members of the Seminole Tribe; second preference is given to qualified members of other federally recognized Native American tribes.
