Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States

What you will do

• Support the IT Business Solutions department and participate in line-of-business, project management, change management, and IT meetings.
• Use the service management and ticketing systems to open, track, and close business requests.
• Assist with quarterly application audit reviews and compliance-related activities.
• Participate in system training and shadow employees working with business applications.
• Collaborate with IT, Fraud and Risk, Compliance, Finance, Accounting, and other business partners.
• Complete projects and assignments while developing work plans, prioritizing actions, and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Official enrollment in an undergraduate bachelor's program.
• Major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related area.
• High school diploma or GED.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Ability to follow company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
