Location: Miami, United States
Annual base salary: $110,000–$170,000

What you will do
- Lead product and project workstreams across Finance, Operations, Real Estate, and Private Equity stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, including data models, logic flows, and system interactions.
- Partner with engineering teams to design scalable solutions using Python, SQL, APIs, cloud services, and modern architectures.
- Modernize legacy solutions and implement code-based process automation.
- Manage milestones, stakeholder communication, UAT, data migration, reconciliation, and validation.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and establish best practices for system design, data management, and automation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with real estate or private equity, including performance calculations, deal lifecycles, forecasting, and investor reporting.
- Strong programming and data manipulation knowledge, including Python, SQL, APIs, data pipelines, or backend logic.
- Experience with code-based solutions, version control, testing, modular design, deployment, and modern data or BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical audiences.
