Location: Texas, United States — Remote; regular travel and possible relocation may be required for site supervision in a construction environment.

What you will do
- Lead large, complex, high-value multi-site and global projects from conceptualization through implementation and completion.
- Define project goals, scope, deliverables, resources, priorities, risks, and mitigation actions in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, project controls, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, operations, leadership, contractors, vendors, and external partners.
- Oversee contractor and vendor performance, negotiations, and commercial and contractual matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, codes, safety requirements, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or a related discipline with 10+ years of related experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
- Expert project management experience with a strong background as a project engineer and full accountability for high-level projects.
- Expert technical knowledge of engineering disciplines and experience installing manufacturing systems, processes, and equipment.
- Experience delivering projects in competitive, cost-sensitive environments.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, influencing, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to safety and environmental awareness.
Nice to have
- PMP certification or a professional engineering license, or foreign equivalent.
- International or regional project execution experience.
