Staff Enterprise Technology Administrator, Engineering Systems (PLM)

Salary: $155,000–$180,000 annually plus bonus and restricted stock units

What you will do

• Own the PLM platform end to end, including configuration, workflows, lifecycle states, user access, licensing, performance, and security.
• Govern item and part master data, numbering, revisions, EBOM/MBOM structures, and engineering change workflows.
• Maintain PLM-to-ERP integrations for item, BOM, and change data, monitoring synchronization health and resolving failures with the ERP team.
• Manage mechanical and electrical CAD data integration, released-data control, upgrades, patches, testing, and production releases.
• Define the multi-year Engineering Systems roadmap, evaluate build-versus-buy options, and represent the platform in cross-functional investment discussions.
• Improve data quality, documentation, training, user adoption, ticket resolution, and platform practices across the Enterprise Technology team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration, business systems, PLM, or engineering-data roles.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience administering or implementing Teamcenter, Windchill, Arena, or a similar enterprise PLM platform.
• Working knowledge of BOM management, item and revision management, engineering change control, and EBOM-to-MBOM handoff into ERP.
• Understanding of PLM and ERP integration across item master, BOM, and change data.
• Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication skills for collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, quality, accounting, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Active Siemens Teamcenter or equivalent enterprise PLM certification.
• Experience with EBOM/MBOM management, released-data control, ERP administration, or CAD-PLM integration.
• Experience with SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD Electrical, Eplan, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms.
• Experience with product-data governance in SOC 2 or similarly regulated environments.
