Escrow Assistant (Real Estate)

Location: Naples, Florida, United States; travel required across Southwest Florida

Salary: $18.46–$24.63 per hour

What you will do

• Direct branch strategy, operations, and revenue generation across a defined geographic area.
• Manage escrow operations and perform escrow production duties.
• Act as a neutral third party between buyers and sellers during real estate transactions.
• Manage transaction funds and related processes.
• Align branch goals with broader business-unit objectives.
• Maintain client relationships, resolve escalated issues, and provide guidance on products, services, policies, and transactions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of directly related escrow officer experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, time management, team performance, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-service focus, responsiveness, teamwork, and openness to others' views.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
