Incident Response Analyst (AI Security)

What you will do

• Investigate, triage, and respond to security incidents across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
• Lead containment, eradication, forensic analysis, and related malware analysis activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and document findings in actionable reports.
• Perform proactive threat hunting to identify adversary behavior that evaded existing detection.
• Communicate incident updates and technical findings to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Partner with detection engineering and security operations teams to improve visibility.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in incident response, forensic analysis, and security operations.
• Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, macOS, and enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
• Availability for occasional on-call support and after-hours incident response.
• Willingness to travel as needed for engagements or customer support.

Nice to have

• GCIH, GCFA, CISSP, or similar industry certification.
