Client Experience Associate

Location: Munich, Germany (Remote)

Salary: €60,000/year base pay, with a possible additional bonus depending on the position offered.

What you will do

• Learn the hirify.global platform and the email industry ecosystem.
• Support Client Experience Managers on named accounts and act as a backup contact.
• Communicate with client contacts to gather requirements and prepare campaign execution.
• Pull campaign results, synthesize standardized client reports, and prepare PowerPoint presentations for business reviews and status meetings.
• Create email mock-ups in Photoshop, troubleshoot client queries, and perform QA on campaign setups.
• Manage client meeting logistics, Salesforce contact roles, meeting minutes, and documentation for custom projects.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, self-motivation, and an outcome-focused approach.
• Positive, creative, entrepreneurial-minded, and willing to try new things.
• Coachability and a strong desire to learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Photoshop.
