TL;DR
Client Director (Digital Services): Leading a trusted client partnership and multidisciplinary teams delivering digital experiences for a prestigious golf brand with an accent on client leadership, cross-functional direction, and creative quality. Focus on aligning implementation partners and vendors, managing seasonal team ramp-ups, and keeping digital initiatives on track through delivery.
Location: Fully remote; must be available to work Eastern Time hours. Occasional travel for one or two on-site visits may be required.
Expected weekly compensation: 3,200–3,600 USD

What you will do
- Lead the primary client relationship and build a trusted, enduring partnership.
- Provide cross-functional direction across multidisciplinary teams and maintain focus on key priorities.
- Collaborate with implementation teams, partners, and vendors to bring digital experiences to life.
- Protect the integrity of a tradition-rich sports brand across digital experiences.
- Manage seasonal changes in team size and engagement intensity.
- Keep initiatives on track from planning through delivery while maintaining high standards for craft and creative quality.
Requirements
- Significant client leadership experience in an agency environment.
- Experience leading client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
- Digital product and services experience, including understanding of design and implementation partnerships.
- Strong team management, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work Eastern Time hours and remain calm and adaptable under pressure.
- Availability for a freelance engagement from ASAP through December 18, 2026, at 40 hours per week.

- Familiarity with and appreciation for golf.
