GMP Supervisor

What you will do

• Coordinate activities involving company and temporary employees within assigned GMP areas.
• Train, supervise, instruct, and evaluate employees on tasks, safety requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct quality, service, sanitation, OSHA, and workplace safety inspections.
• Prepare pass-down reports and weekly or monthly operational updates.
• Track equipment and supply inventories and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain training, inspection, attendance, and performance metric records while reporting personnel and customer issues to management.

Requirements

• Experience leading facilities, operations, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams, or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, certifications, and progressively responsible experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of supervisor responsibilities, employee training, workplace safety, and applicable policies and laws.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds and perform the essential physical duties of the role.
• Some travel may be required.
