Instant Issuance Support Agent

Location: Work from home in Nebraska with regular work required in Omaha, NE; occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings. Unrestricted US work authorization is required, and future sponsorship is not available. Scheduled hours are anticipated to be Saturday–Tuesday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m. CST.

Salary: $37,454.00–$59,927.00 base pay annually.

What you will do

• Support partner locations participating in instant issuance with hardware assistance, basic troubleshooting, error resolution, and inventory management.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from partner locations and internal teams.
• Enter, track, and report daily operational data accurately.
• Audit assigned locations by comparing partner-provided information with server data and correcting discrepancies.
• Process and track customer card requests, escalating issues that cannot be attributed to normal activity.
• Follow bank policies, applicable laws, regulations, and BSA/AML controls, including reporting suspicious activity and compliance violations.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 9 months of customer service or related experience.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, logic, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent customer support skills.
• Unrestricted US work authorization with no future sponsorship requirement.
