Benefit Marketing Analyst

Location: Remote

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year, with potential variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus.

What you will do

• Evaluate current and proposed insurance contracts for competitiveness, viability, and ancillary benefit coverage.
• Develop RFPs and marketing presentations from carrier proposals, aligning materials with client objectives.
• Deliver accurate strategic analyses that support sales efforts and informed client decisions.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team on strategic business goals.
• Maintain accurate client management system records and documentation.
• Use APIs and digital tools to improve quoting processes, workflow efficiency, and client service.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in group health and life insurance.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, and detail-management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and technical proficiency with digital workflow tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred.

• Experience with fully insured and self-insured ancillary arrangements.
