Director of Partnerships (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in California; the Bay Area or Greater Los Angeles is preferred. Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.

Salary: $159,000–$186,000 annual base salary, plus a target annual bonus of 15% and possible additional incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and manage partner relationships from daily operations through executive stakeholders.
• Strengthen partner-facing workflows and tools to improve care delivery, participant experience, and market performance.
• Resolve operational and partner-facing issues, derive systems-level insights, and deploy scalable solutions.
• Build partnership management structures that support new center launches and different partner types and markets.
• Adapt operations for expansion into new markets and local partner needs.
• Deliver executive updates and support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives affecting partnerships.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, operations, partnerships, business development, or consulting.
• Experience in a startup organization and in leading complex cross-functional work from problem definition through implementation.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, make practical tradeoffs, and drive outcomes across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to and influencing senior audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Must reside in California and be willing to travel up to 25%.
