Warehouse Slotting Analyst-Chino (WMS)

What you will do

• Place new items and maintain forward-pick, dynamic, locked, and labeled warehouse locations.
• Analyze aisle movements, item forecasts, capacity, and productivity to optimize slotting layouts.
• Maintain slotting logic, optimization modules, ERP, WMIS, item master, and slot master data integrity.
• Monitor exception reports and prepare WIPS, pick-line distribution, ergonomic, item-fit, moves, kitting, and other operational reports.
• Conduct location audits, Haves/Needs analyses, rack reconfigurations, and physical location repairs.
• Coordinate with warehouse management and purchasing on item dimensions, weights, descriptions, WBP practices, flammability, commodity grouping, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six months to one year of related experience or training.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
• Knowledge of WMIS and TOLAS Inventory software is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred; familiarity with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment according to OSHA and company guidelines, work overtime as required, and lift up to 51 or more pounds.
