Jr. Banking Analyst - Commercial (Commercial Banking)

What you will do

• Rotate through commercial real estate, lender finance, underwriting, portfolio management, cash flow analysis, and property lending.
• Analyze commercial real estate properties, markets, loan portfolios, cash flows, debt yields, and loan concentrations.
• Support the evaluation and structuring of lending facilities, including borrowing base and interest coverage ratio calculations.
• Participate in commercial loan underwriting through credit verification, financial analysis, and collateral assessment.
• Assist with property loan origination and management, including appraisal reviews, property inspections, and loan structuring.
• Complete varied rotational assignments, with overtime required for some rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated interest in the financial services industry.
