What you will do

• Lead and supervise the HR Shared Services team, supporting service quality, engagement, development, and performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery aligned with global strategies, service-level agreements, policies, and local regulations.
• Resolve complex HR inquiries and escalations while collaborating with HR stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Gather and analyze HR data from ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday, using insights to improve operations.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and employee experience enhancements.
• Oversee HR projects from planning through execution and change management, including audits and service-quality improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least four years of experience in HR shared services or HR operations, preferably in a service center environment.
• Experience providing HR services to multiple countries across the region.
• Strong leadership, team management, collaboration, and engagement skills.
• Advanced verbal and written English communication skills; an English resume is required.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, and data-analysis tools such as Power BI, plus knowledge of HR processes and compliance across multiple regions.

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, or process transformation projects.
• Proactive approach and experience proposing automation and process optimization solutions.
