Broker Onboarding Specialist

Location: Remote within the United States; normal business hours required

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, with potential variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus

What you will do

• Move new broker partners through onboarding and broker portal activation in coordination with the Director of Onboarding.
• Manage internal, carrier, and broker-facing communications, follow-ups, data checks, and updates.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Consultants on the sales pipeline and onboarding progress.
• Work with carrier partners and collect, review, and track onboarding data.
• Document process steps and flows internally while tracking broker experience and revenue.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and communicate with consultants, data analysts, and finance analysts.

Requirements

• Group insurance industry experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to switch between tasks, work in an unstructured environment, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Microsoft Office experience, including Excel.
• Availability to work normal business hours.
