Base pay: $101,700–$152,500 USD annually, with potential bonus eligibility

What you will do
- Plan the Plus content roadmap, identify gaps, recommend content removals, and account for regional considerations.
- Align acquisition, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders around briefings, approvals, and deadlines.
- Define internal timelines supporting approvals, external offers, and outstanding deliverables.
- Use customer, commercial, and publisher insights to refine roadmap recommendations.
- Collaborate with third-party teams on long-term business plans and partner relationships.
- Support a multi-million-dollar budget and organize content investments to improve ROI and growth.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience with customer offers in gaming, apps, video, music, or subscription services.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, productivity tools, and project management tools.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and maintain strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of the digital gaming landscape, key industry players, and competitive offerings.
- Experience working in high-performing teams, ideally in international or remote structures.
- Strong attention to detail and experience guiding complex cross-functional workstreams; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
