Salary: $107,500–$188,400 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do
- Define and drive the growth strategy for UpToDate Expert AI across awareness, acquisition, activation, and early engagement.
- Own growth OKRs and identify high-impact opportunities to increase clinician adoption.
- Improve discovery, access, onboarding, and activation across web, mobile, enterprise, and EHR channels.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, sales, customer success, partnerships, product, engineering, and data teams.
- Support messaging, positioning, and launch strategy for new AI capabilities.
- Build measurement frameworks, strengthen instrumentation, and use experimentation, cohort analysis, and user insights to improve performance.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of product management experience, including growth, acquisition, or user engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrated success improving user adoption, activation, or early lifecycle engagement.
- Experience collaborating across multiple functions and operating in complex or enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to prioritize initiatives.
- Technical fluency and the ability to partner with engineering and data teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders through ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare technology, clinical decision support, or provider-facing products.
- Familiarity with clinician workflows and technology adoption barriers.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products, including LLM-based features.
- Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, or similar regulatory environments.
