Focus on experimentation, cohort analysis, product instrumentation, and balancing rapid iteration with clinical, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Location: Remote in the United States, with the possibility of onsite interviews at a hirify.global office

Salary: $107,500–$188,400 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

  • Define and drive the growth strategy for UpToDate Expert AI across awareness, acquisition, activation, and early engagement.
  • Own growth OKRs and identify high-impact opportunities to increase clinician adoption.
  • Improve discovery, access, onboarding, and activation across web, mobile, enterprise, and EHR channels.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, sales, customer success, partnerships, product, engineering, and data teams.
  • Support messaging, positioning, and launch strategy for new AI capabilities.
  • Build measurement frameworks, strengthen instrumentation, and use experimentation, cohort analysis, and user insights to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of product management experience, including growth, acquisition, or user engagement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success improving user adoption, activation, or early lifecycle engagement.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple functions and operating in complex or enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to prioritize initiatives.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to partner with engineering and data teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders through ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare technology, clinical decision support, or provider-facing products.
  • Familiarity with clinician workflows and technology adoption barriers.
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered products, including LLM-based features.
  • Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, or similar regulatory environments.
