Senior Officer, Client Management (Insurance)

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers across an assigned portfolio.
• Support end-to-end client servicing, renewals, onboarding, and implementation activities.
• Work with Account Managers to monitor account status and support retention and growth initiatives.
• Analyse client data and prepare reports on utilization trends and benefit decisions.
• Respond to service requests, including escalated claims and billing enquiries, and coordinate issue resolution with Claims, Operations, and Product teams.
• Support client meetings, presentations, cross-sell and upsell initiatives, and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in insurance, client servicing, or account support within a group business environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and support reporting.
• Good command of English and Chinese is required.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive can-do attitude.
