Head Bartender (Hospitality)

Location: Bulgari Resort Ranfushi, Maldives

What you will do

• Lead the bartenders team and support the Bar and Beverage Manager with daily beverage and bar operations.
• Oversee beverage service across restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Manage liquor inventories, beverage controls, portion controls, costs, and budget performance.
• Maintain food handling, sanitation, beverage, and liquor-law compliance.
• Assist with lounge promotions, menu planning, event coordination, and peak-period floor service.
• Train, supervise, and coach beverage staff while responding to guest feedback and complaints.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or a related major plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of beverage operations, liquor control, inventory management, budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports.
• Ability to train and supervise staff and maintain guest service standards.
• Work onsite at Bulgari Resort Ranfushi in the Maldives.
