TL;DR
Junior Software Engineer (Java/Azure): Developing cloud-native integrations, APIs, applications, and production monitoring tools for Coca-Cola Freestyle machines and other platforms with an accent on Java, Node, and Azure services. Focus on designing REST integrations, prototyping new concepts, and delivering reliable production features with product managers, architects, and senior developers.
Location: On-site in Atlanta, United States. Travel required 00%–25%.
Salary: $107,000–$125,700 per year, plus a 7.5% annual incentive reference value and position-dependent benefits.

What you will do
- Develop integrations and new applications supporting Coca-Cola Freestyle machines and other platforms.
- Design, implement, and maintain APIs and integrations using Java, Node, and agile development practices.
- Build production monitoring and analysis tools.
- Brainstorm and prototype new concepts and approaches.
- Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, platform architects, and business stakeholders to deliver features from idea to implementation.
- Take ownership of projects, maintain documentation, and work proactively with guidance from senior developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
- 2+ years of Java development experience and experience with Maven.
- Experience with Git-based source control and REST APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
- Visa sponsorship is not available, including H-1B and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas.
Nice to have
- Azure APIM, Azure Functions, and Service Bus experience.
- Experience with MySQL, Redis, Jenkins, Hibernate, or Spring.
- Knowledge of Node, Vue, or Salesforce development.
- Experience with Linux command shells and SSH tunnels.
