Universal Banker Supervisor (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Supervise branch operations and assume managerial duties when branch management is absent.
• Process and approve or override monetary and account-related transactions while minimizing risk.
• Open new accounts, maintain records, communicate disclosures, and follow CIP and BSA procedures.
• Provide customer service, resolve complex issues, and educate customers about banking products and services.
• Train and mentor tellers, customer service representatives, and universal bankers.
• Support client acquisition, product referrals, vault and ATM operations, and branch opening and closing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of combined retail banking experience as a teller or customer service representative.
• One to two years of bank supervisory experience in teller or platform operations.
• Knowledge of banking operations, risk, compliance, fraud, loss prevention, and regulatory procedures.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and judgment skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; weekend work, extended hours, neighboring branch coverage, and occasional travel for training may be required.
