Strategic Incentives Group - Global Equity, Associate

Location: New York, United States

Expected annual base salary: $105,000–$140,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity compensation.

What you will do

• Partner with Global Compensation and HR Business Partners to value and execute new-hire equity compensation awards.
• Administer the firm’s equity plan and coordinate equity deliveries with Payroll and Tax across reporting jurisdictions.
• Perform ad hoc analyses of individual and firm-wide equity holdings.
• Generate monthly and quarterly reporting for equity participants, management, and individual inquiries.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting distributions and share deliveries.
• Support forecasts to Tax and FP&A, reporting enhancements, technology initiatives, process improvements, and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of work experience.
• Strong academic achievement, communication skills, attention to detail, judgment, and work ethic.
• Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems independently, and acknowledge limits and uncertainties.
• Intellectual curiosity, a proactive approach, and commitment to professional development.
