Location: Fully onsite in Franklin, Louisiana, United States

What you will do
- Improve plant performance, production volume, yield, quality, equipment reliability, and asset availability.
- Lead root cause failure analyses and implement corrective actions to prevent repeat failures.
- Analyze equipment performance data and failure trends to drive reliability and process improvements.
- Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including condition monitoring and mechanical integrity activities.
- Support the design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and lifecycle assessment of stationary and rotating equipment.
- Support Process Safety Management activities, capital projects, contractors, operating procedures, and Responsible Care requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience as a reliability or maintenance engineer.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing, oil and gas refining, pipeline maintenance, or another petrochemical environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating and stationary equipment, and industrial maintenance practices; rotating equipment experience is required.
- Experience with RCFA, FMEA, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance technologies, and equipment failure analysis.
- Knowledge of Process Safety Management and industrial safety practices, including LOTO, confined space, and hot work.
