Senior Product Manager (Insurtech) (API-driven integrations): Leading the roadmap and delivery of scalable integrations with carriers, benefits administration systems, and other partners with an accent on API-first products, requirements definition, and integration lifecycle management. Focus on designing data mappings, coordinating testing and releases, monitoring integration performance, and aligning data exchange with regulatory and security expectations.
Location: Remote within the United States
Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year base pay, with potential variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus.

What you will do
- Define and drive the integrations roadmap in alignment with product strategy, company objectives, and customer needs.
- Own integration initiatives from requirements gathering through delivery, onboarding, adoption, and ongoing enhancements.
- Translate business and client needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria with Product Owners.
- Partner with engineering, business stakeholders, implementation leads, and external partners to deliver integrations.
- Manage development timelines, testing, release readiness, and post-release performance monitoring.
- Track integration stability and adoption metrics while incorporating industry standards, regulatory requirements, and insurtech trends.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on integrations or API-first products.
- Experience in insurtech, healthtech, or a related space, with knowledge of carrier, broker, or benefits administration workflows.
- Ability to understand APIs, data schemas, and system interoperability and connect technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with integration design, data mapping, and testing processes.
- Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
