Dry Lab Associate 1st Shift (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; onsite, 1st shift

Salary: $41,818–$66,100 per year. A 90-day evaluation may result in a pay increase when key performance indicators are met.

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze microsection samples from printed circuit boards.
• Operate microscopes and work with chemicals including alcohol and acrylics.
• Test products, complete documentation, and apply industry standards to determine product acceptability.
• Communicate procedural improvement suggestions, safety hazards, accidents, near misses, and other concerns to supervisors and managers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and use required personal protective equipment.
• Follow job safety analyses, PPE assessments, material safety data sheets, safety procedures, and export-control requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work with microscopes.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and participate fully in safety training.
• Access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing experience.
• Previous microscope experience.
• Ability to work in a small-group setting.
