Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Senior Scheduler, ANS (Data Center)

Location: Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work with a mix of remote work, onsite client or hirify.global office work, and in-person collaboration

Salary: R$17,000–R$24,000 per month

What you will do

• Lead integrated planning and scheduling support for large-scale data center construction projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource assumptions, and reporting outputs.
• Apply Critical Path Method scheduling to assess logic, identify trends, and communicate risks, impacts, mitigations, and recovery options.
• Coordinate with clients, project stakeholders, delivery partners, and contractors to align planning with project execution.
• Manage multiple project schedules while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Prepare concise schedule updates for project leadership and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of expert-level planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience supporting design and construction project management for medium-to-large capital programs.
• Experience planning capital projects valued at $500 million to $2 billion or more.
• Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method scheduling, schedule health analysis, and schedule risk identification.
• Ability to analyze EPC plans and schedules and communicate mitigation strategies clearly.
• Strong executive communication, self-direction, problem-solving, and fast-paced project execution skills.

Nice to have

• Data center design and construction delivery experience.
• Schedule risk analysis experience and familiarity with related planning tools.
• Experience with executive reporting, recovery planning, or schedule governance in complex capital programs.
