What you will do

• Own and maintain the site Quality Management System across both Hattiesburg facilities, aligning it with ISO and IATF requirements.
• Manage core quality tools including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
• Embed risk-based thinking, process controls, and defect-prevention practices across shop-floor operations.
• Manage the internal audit program, train internal auditors, analyze quality trends, and drive corrective actions.
• Own corrective action systems, including root-cause analysis, containment, and permanent corrective actions.
• Represent the site during ISO, third-party, customer, and other external audits while supporting validation and continuous-improvement activities.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from a technical college or a bachelor's degree in a non-engineering discipline preferred.
• At least 4 years of quality-control experience in APQP-style quality systems.
• At least 4 years of experience auditing AS9100, ISO, or IATF 16949 processes.
• At least 4 years of experience writing technical documentation and procedures.
• Experience in a technical or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Experience with AIAG principles and strong self-motivation.
