Location: Bloomington, Minnesota, USA; onsite cleanroom work
Salary: $19.00 per hour plus applicable shift differential

What you will do
- Perform wafer fabrication processes across Photo, Etch, Thin Films, Metal Deposition, Diffusion, Epi, and LPCVD areas.
- Handle processes including photoresist application, alignment, exposure, development, etching, and cleaning.
- Inspect wafers against process specifications and quality standards.
- Record processed and in-process wafers accurately in the Net Vision system.
- Follow production, safety, and quality procedures while supporting 5S, yield improvement, and cost-containment initiatives.
- Train and support lower-level operators as certification and progression levels increase.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and work independently.
- Manual dexterity for handling wafers, cassettes, and cleanroom tools.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to work safely with hazardous chemicals and equipment operating at 550–800°C.
Nice to have
- Experience in a cleanroom or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to wafer-processing equipment or ISO and quality-controlled environments.
