Universal Banker Supervisor - Greenlawn

Location: Greenlawn, NY, United States; onsite branch work required

Salary: $27.48–$38.46 per hour, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus payable after six months of employment.

What you will do

• Provide courteous customer service and resolve service-related issues.
• Process monetary and account-related transactions, including account maintenance and new account opening.
• Supervise branch operations and assume managerial duties when branch management is absent.
• Approve or override transactions while applying risk controls, sound judgment, and due diligence.
• Train and mentor tellers, customer service representatives, and universal bankers.
• Support relationship acquisition by identifying customer needs and referring appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of combined retail banking experience as a Teller or Customer Service Representative.
• One to two years of bank supervisory experience in teller or platform operations.
• Strong customer service, communication, phone, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Weekend work, extended hours, coverage at neighboring branches, and occasional travel for mandatory training may be required.

Nice to have

• Full cross-training in branch functions.
• Understanding of banking risk, compliance, fraud, and loss prevention.
• Experience developing strong customer relationships.
