Senior Manager, Fulfillment Operations

Location: Los Angeles – Downtown HQ

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Own daily fulfillment operations for DTC, wholesale, and retail replenishment orders, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and quality control.
• Set fulfillment SLAs and oversee order accuracy, turnaround times, inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and system audits.
• Build, manage, and develop the fulfillment team through hiring, training, performance management, KPIs, SOPs, and continuous improvement.
• Own order management and inventory systems such as NetSuite and WMS, and create dashboards tracking accuracy, speed, cost per order, and inventory health.
• Manage carriers, 3PL partners, and customs brokers while supporting carrier selection, contract negotiations, and cross-border delivery compliance.
• Partner with Client Care, E-Commerce, Finance, Sales, Merchandising, Retail, and Wholesale teams on customer issues, replenishment, inventory allocation, budgeting, and forecasting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or operations management, preferably in luxury goods, apparel, or accessories with DTC e-commerce exposure.
• Proven experience building and leading a fulfillment or operations team.
• Strong working knowledge of order management, inventory, and warehouse systems; NetSuite experience is preferred.
• Ability to build and interpret fulfillment cost and performance data.
• Working familiarity with international shipping, customs, and trade compliance.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, composure under peak-volume pressure, and confident communication with teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in fine jewelry or another high-value, low-volume product category.
