Supplier Lifecycle and Performance Administrator Intern (SAP Ariba): Supporting global supplier onboarding, master data management, service tickets, reporting, and data quality initiatives with an accent on SAP Ariba, supplier registration, and stakeholder support. Focus on validating MDG requests, resolving master data issues, tracking registration progress, and improving supplier data accuracy.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; the ideal candidate will be located in Kuala Lumpur.

What you will do

  • Support global supplier lifecycle and performance administration activities during a six-month internship.
  • Assist with supplier registration in SAP Ariba and validate Master Data Governance change requests.
  • Monitor registration progress, follow up on incomplete registrations, and provide first-level support to suppliers.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve supplier master data issues and process related service tickets.
  • Generate reports, track supplier status, identify inconsistencies, and support data cleansing and governance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain effective working relationships.

Requirements

  • English at minimum B2 level, written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and capable of logical problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to perform basic data analysis.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to SAP, Ariba, or other ERP systems.
  • Spanish, Mandarin, or German proficiency.
  • Ability to read and understand Mandarin.
