Product Line Manager (Thin-Film Products)

Location: Fremont, California, United States; onsite at the Applied Thin Film Products site. Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under applicable export-control regulations.

Yearly salary: $170,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Lead the commercial strategy for a custom thin-film product portfolio.
• Partner with plant leadership to achieve bookings, revenue, gross margin, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Lead and develop the Product Marketing and Customer Experience teams.
• Work with Technical Sales to identify growth opportunities and develop customer strategies.
• Develop pricing strategies and manage the standard product portfolio to improve revenue and profitability.
• Lead customer escalations, business reviews, export compliance activities, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• Seven or more years of experience in product management, product marketing, technical sales, engineering, or business leadership.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue, improving profitability, or managing product portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person, including a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
