Compensation Director

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead operational activities for global compensation services, including calculations, audits, payment instructions, mobility benefit taxability, and global financial reporting.
• Manage departmental processes, internal controls, workflow efficiency, service-level agreements, quality targets, and client satisfaction.
• Plan staffing, budgets, capacity, performance metrics, training, and employee development.
• Direct special projects and develop advanced processes and systems across Client Financial Services.
• Support new business development, RFP responses, implementations, presentations, and strategic client initiatives.
• Provide leadership to managers, supervisors, and associates while serving as an escalation point for internal stakeholders and external clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience and/or training.
• 5–7 years of management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced Excel and intermediate Word skills.
• Strong written, oral, presentation, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage teams, set performance objectives, resolve problems, and communicate with clients and employees.

Nice to have

• CRP, GMS, or CPP certification.
• Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, AssignmentPro, or ServicEngine.
