What you will do
- Support daily site logistics, material movement, delivery coordination, staging, and distribution across project sites.
- Load, unload, handle, transport, place, and stage equipment and construction materials.
- Assist with rigging operations, media loading, workforce coordination, and general labor activities.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe laydown yards and logistics areas.
- Track inventory and logistics records while maintaining material-handling equipment.
- Coordinate with project management, field supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Associate degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience in site logistics, construction, rigging, warehouse operations, material handling, or related industrial environments.
- Basic knowledge of rigging principles and safe material-handling practices.
- Ability to safely move and stage construction materials and equipment, work collaboratively, and follow direction in a fast-paced jobsite.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and follow site safety requirements.
Nice to have
- Forklift certification.
- Rigging experience in construction, semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Experience with large-scale construction or facility projects.
- Familiarity with inventory control and logistics tracking systems.
- Understanding of OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.
