What you will do
- Lead, coach, hire, and develop Product Marketing Managers and Senior Product Marketing Managers.
- Build portfolio growth strategies, roadmaps, market reviews, and long-term business plans.
- Guide product positioning, value propositions, pricing, go-to-market execution, product launches, and commercialization.
- Manage product lifecycle decisions, including new product introductions, portfolio rationalization, and end-of-life planning.
- Use market intelligence, competitive analysis, Voice of Customer insights, and financial performance data to guide investments and priorities.
- Coordinate product marketing initiatives across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 8–12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing, or Business Development.
- 3–5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading and developing product marketing or product management professionals.
- Experience managing industrial technology products and portfolios, including industrial automation, power supplies, UPS, energy storage, electrical infrastructure, or related technologies.
- Experience with portfolio planning, product launches, commercialization, pricing, sales enablement, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability management.
- Ability to travel by airplane for up to 14 hours, by automobile for up to six hours, travel overnight, stand for extended periods, and lift at least 50 lbs.
