What you will do
- Conduct title research and compile search packages of varying complexity.
- Research, investigate, and create title files while documenting findings.
- Prepare endorsements, supplemental documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Research and interpret tax records to determine tax liability.
- Build knowledge of title-search practices and requirements across Georgia, Kansas, and Maryland.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Research, investigative, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Internet, data-entry, typing, and standard Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of company terminology, search department procedures, tools, and operating systems.
