What you will do
- Evaluate large datasets and provide insights into business performance and trends.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts covering sales, gross margin, and expense trends.
- Build, verify, and back up financial databases from multiple information sources.
- Monitor key performance indicators and perform root cause analysis.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for executive management, field teams, corporate support teams, monthly financial close, and Board of Director meetings.
- Identify business and process improvement opportunities while translating complex data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, data query, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and accounting skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with field and corporate support teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with IBM Planning Analytics.
