Location: Hybrid in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, United States

What you will do
- Provide financial business partnership to US Testing, Biology, and operating units.
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, budgeting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and cost-saving reporting.
- Partner with sales leadership on commission calculations for US and EU sales.
- Prepare financial information for COO executive presentations and analyze capital investments for ROI.
- Manage, coach, and develop finance staff, including goal setting, performance reviews, and workload prioritization.
- Oversee the financial data warehouse, Power BI data integrity, corporate reporting, master data implementation, and finance automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience managing or mentoring staff.
- Experience presenting financial results to senior management.
- Experience with Great Plains, JDE, SAP S/4, or an equivalent ERP system.
- Experience with financial reporting tools such as LucaNet, QlikView, or Power BI, plus exposure to AI tools.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills and expert proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, or CMA.
- Experience in life sciences, CRO, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Fluent Mandarin.
