Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

Location: hirify.global HQ in Atlanta, United States; offices are also available in Alpharetta.

hirify.global provides a workflow management platform for K-12 school districts, serving more than 2,000 districts and over 12 million students and educators.

What you will do

• Lead and manage client onboarding projects for hirify.global cloud software from post-sale through go-live.
• Coordinate communication and implementation activities between school district clients, support, and internal teams.
• Manage client expectations, scope changes, contributions, timelines, resources, and escalated issues.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates, tracking milestones and implementation blockers.
• Support installation, configuration, training, and initial post-launch support.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects and identify opportunities to improve implementation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of related professional customer experience; SaaS customer success experience is preferred.
• Experience with client/server and cloud-based SaaS applications and enterprise business software.
• Professional project management experience, including task scheduling and management of small to mid-sized projects.
• Strong technical aptitude, computer skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SaaS, webinar, and conference applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, adaptability, ownership, and customer-focused relationship-building skills.
